Mirasoli · Inner pathways

What we carry, and what we can release.

Sometimes, understanding the path ahead begins by exploring what we carry within.

Some experiences seem to return in different forms: an unfamiliar fear, a relationship pattern, a feeling that remains difficult to explain. Mirasoli offers a reflective space to explore the meanings we give these experiences and the choices available to us now.

Explore the approach
The philosophy

Life is not always understood in a straight line.

Across Buddhist, Hindu and other spiritual traditions, ideas of rebirth and karma invite reflection on continuity, actions and consequences. These traditions do not all describe the self or rebirth in the same way. At Mirasoli, they provide a philosophical lens for examining recurring experiences—not proof that a particular event occurred in another lifetime.

The purpose of this work is not to become lost in the past. It is to return to the present with a clearer understanding of what may be holding us back.

How we explore

Reflection before interpretation.

01 · RECOGNISE

Notice the pattern

We begin with what is happening in your life today: emotions, recurring choices, fears or relationships that you wish to understand.

02 · EXPLORE

Follow the imagery

Through a guided, voluntary reflective process, images, stories or impressions may emerge. They are treated as personal experiences rather than verified historical memories.

03 · INTEGRATE

Return to the present

We consider what the experience means to you, what you wish to change, and how to move forward with greater steadiness and choice.

The Mirasoli view

A blockage is not a life sentence.

In spiritual language, a blockage may describe the feeling of being unable to move beyond a particular experience. We can explore that feeling without assuming its origin is supernatural.

For some, a past-life narrative becomes a metaphor for a present-day struggle. For others, the process simply offers a new way to examine their beliefs and responses. Both can be approached with care and curiosity.

A note on wellbeing: Regression experiences do not establish factual memories of past lives. Guided imagery and suggestive questioning can produce inaccurate or false memories. This service is not psychotherapy or treatment for trauma, and it does not replace mental-health or medical care.

“We cannot always choose what arises within us. We can learn how to meet it, understand it and decide what follows.”

Common questions

Before you begin

Do I need to believe in reincarnation?

No. You may approach the session through spiritual belief, symbolism or personal reflection.

Will a session reveal what happened in a past life?

No method can reliably establish that a recalled image or narrative is a factual memory of a previous life. The focus is on personal meaning and present-day understanding.

Can this replace counselling or trauma therapy?

No. If you are experiencing significant distress, trauma symptoms or mental-health concerns, support from a qualified clinician is more appropriate. We can discuss whether this reflective service is suitable for you.

How does this connect with Life Stages?

The Life Stages pathway looks at the needs and lessons of our present life. Past Life Reflection offers an optional spiritual perspective on patterns that some people feel continue beyond those stages.
